Our Supported Internship programmes provide young people with SEND the opportunity to develop employability, independence, and workplace skills through immersive learning in real employment settings. Delivered in partnership with DFN Project SEARCH and local employers including the NHS and ASDA, these programmes are designed to support progression into paid employment. Interns learn directly in the workplace with support from experienced tutors, job coaches, managers, and mentors.
