Apprenticeships are a great way to earn and learn, with competitive wages and the opportunity to study up to Level 7 (master’s degree) - there has never been a better time to become an apprentice! You will receive industry training and develop the skills you need to progress in your chosen career. There are, on average, 23,000 apprenticeship opportunities listed on the ‘Find an apprenticeship’ government website every month.

Our delivery models combine on-the-job training with classroom learning, which develops employees knowledge, skills and behaviours. Your staff could be brand new to your business or existing staff members who would benefit.

We provide training at a range of levels, from a basic level 2 qualification through to a higher apprenticeship at level 5. With our depth of knowledge of the apprenticeship requirements, we focus on skills building, problem solving and ensuring all apprenticeship candidates are contributing to the improvement of your business.

New Government Incentives

  • All employers will receive £1,000 if, at the start of the apprenticeship, the apprentice is between 16 and 18 years old.
  • In addition to this, employers will receive an incentive payment for any new apprenticeship jobs created between 1.9.2020 and 31.1.2021. This additional incentive is dependent on the apprentice's age:
    • Aged 16-24: £2,000 employer incentive
    • Aged 25+: £1,500 employer incentive
