Staff, student, and parent links are now under My Kendal in the main menu!

Partnering with us will allow you to invest in your staff through quality training.

Our delivery models combine on-the-job training with classroom learning, which develops employees' knowledge, skills and behaviours. Your staff could be brand new to your business or existing staff members who would benefit.

We provide training at various levels, from a basic level 2 qualification to a higher apprenticeship at level 5. With our depth of knowledge of the apprenticeship requirements, we focus on skills building, problem-solving and ensuring all apprenticeship candidates contribute to improving your business.

Government incentives

An employer will get £1,000 for taking on an apprentice who is either:

  • Aged 16 to 18 years old.
  • Under 25 and has an education, health and care plan or has been in the care of their local authority.

Information for employers on apprentice welfare and wellbeing

Apprentices are a unique group in both the workplace and college or university setting as they must juggle work commitments while simultaneously studying for a qualification.
