Choosing to partner with Kendal College will allow you to invest in your staff through quality training.

Our delivery models combine on-the-job training with classroom learning, which develops employees' knowledge, skills and behaviours. Your staff could be brand new to your business or existing staff members who would benefit.

We provide training at a range of levels, from a basic level 2 qualification through to a higher apprenticeship at level 5. With our depth of knowledge of the apprenticeship requirements, we focus on skills building, problem-solving and ensuring all apprenticeship candidates are contributing to the improvement of your business.

Apprentices are a unique group in both the workplace and college or university setting as they need to juggle work commitments while at the same time studying for a qualification.

More information about welfare, wellbeing and apprenticeships can be found on the Institute for Apprenticeships website.
