Course Overview
The Link 2 programme supports learners to develop their personal and employability skills. Learners take this programme to give them the skills to Link 2 supported internships or further study elsewhere in the college.
Link 2 is individualised according to your needs, some learners will spend one year on the programme, whereas others may spend longer before linking to their next step. Link 2 prepares learners for adulthood. Through real life projects and trips you will focus on future goals in education and employment, independent living, community and relationships, and being healthy.
Link 2 learners have the opportunity to experience a variety of different vocational areas throughout the year, such as:
- Art & Design
- Animal Care
- Catering
- Construction
- Motor Vehicle
