We work closely with employers to develop and tailor vocational courses to the industry's needs and requirements and have experience designing bespoke training packages to fulfil your organisation’s training requirements. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We work closely with employers to create apprenticeship programmes that allow their employees to gain valuable qualifications and experience while ensuring they develop the required skills.

Degree-level qualifications

We have over 30 years of experience delivering degree-level programmes and an excellent record of student success. We offer a range of flexible programmes on a full-time basis or part-time to fit around employment commitments. Courses range from HNC, HND and PGCE to Foundation Degrees, BA (Hons) Degrees and Apprenticeships taught by highly qualified and experienced industry professionals.

Cidori funded pre-employment courses

Our partner, Cidori, works nationally with Job Centre Plus and other agencies to help people into sustainable employment.

Offering fully funded ‘Ready for Work’ sector-specific programmes with ‘wrap around’ support from employment managers and work coaches, they are helping hundreds of trained people into jobs every year.

Cumbria Connect & Learn

Do you want to improve your employees' English and Maths qualifications?

Cumbria Connect and Learn is the new online platform to help improve English and Maths skills!

  • Courses are fully funded at no cost to you.
  • They can be studied completely online to fit around work and home.
  • Learners can choose which modules to focus on and learn them in any order.
  • They are completely mobile and accessible on different devices.
  • Learners can also access support and attend lessons in college to help pass the exams.
