When will the results be released?

Exam results will be available after 9:00 am on the day they are released.

  • A-Levels, BTECs and certain vocational qualifications on Thursday 15th August 2024.
  • GCSE and level 2 results will be released on Thursday 22nd August 2024.

Accessing your exam results via ProPortal

  1. You can access the Student ProPortal from home by visiting ProPortal. Your login details are your username (for example, SmithD22) and the password you use in college.
  2. Click on the Learner Information menu at the top of the page (on the green bar).
    - If you are on a mobile device, you may need to click the hamburger icon (3 lines in a square) first.
    - Click on Enrolments from the menu.
    - You will see your courses listed and a Grade column. Results will be visible here.

Remember that the site will be extremely busy with students checking their results, etc., so you may need to be patient if it doesn't load immediately.

  • Learner number
  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
