Course Overview

This unique British Sign Language (BSL) course provides a comprehensive introduction for anyone interested in learning BSL. You will be taught by a BSL accredited tutor. The course includes engaging in group workshops and activities designed to help you understand and use the basics of British Sign Language. No previous experience or knowledge within BSL is required for those wishing to apply.

The qualification is not accredited but is offered as a short course introduction.

None.

After Your Course

After the course learners can progress on to the L1 British Sign Language course which is certified.

£300.00

The current fee information is related to the 2025/26 academic year.

The fee displayed is the course fee. Course fees are charged per course for part-time students. There is the opportunity to pay in instalments if your course has a duration of 15 weeks or over. Please get in touch with Student Services for more information.

This course is non-funded, meaning no financial assistance is available.
