Charlotte Williams started our Access to Health & Human Sciences, planning on a career as a paramedic. But after studying biochemistry as part of the course, she switched her degree to biomedical science and is now completing her master's degree.
College definitely changed my life. It changed my career path. The course laid a foundation on which you could go in any direction - physiotherapy, nursing, mental health nursing, midwifery and even science. The best feeling about doing the Access course was the sense of achievement!
