Are you passionate about helping young people achieve their potential? We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supported Internship Lead to coordinate and deliver our ASDA Supported Internship Programme at ASDA Kendal.

In this rewarding role, you'll support young people with SEND to develop the skills, confidence and experience they need to move into paid employment. Working closely with learners, employers, job coaches and partner organisations, you'll deliver an engaging employability programme, build strong relationships with local businesses, and create opportunities that help young people succeed in the workplace.
