Director of Governance & Compliance and Clerk to the Corporation
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Director of Governance and Compliance to play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction and effective operation of Kendal College.
You will ensure robust corporate governance and risk management arrangements are in place, enabling informed decision-making and contributing to the College’s continued development and success. Acting as a trusted adviser to the Corporation, you will ensure all proceedings are conducted in line with statutory requirements, including the Instrument and Articles of Government, relevant legislation, and College policies.
You will also lead on audit and risk management, board assurance, policy compliance, and data protection, ensuring the College maintains the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
