Level 3 Business Administrator
A Business Administrator Apprentice develops a strong understanding of their organisation’s purpose, values, and structure, as well as how wider political and economic factors influence operations. They learn how their role and skills contribute to business success and their own career progression. Apprentices gain practical experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and support compliance with key regulations such as data protection and health and safety. They become familiar with internal procedures and sector-specific policies, while also building knowledge of core business principles like finance, project management, and change management. Additionally, they work to improve essential organisational processes such as billing, invoicing, and data handling, while staying aware of external market trends and global business environments.
Additional Qualifications: Apprentices will complete a L2 IT Users qualification alongside this apprenticeship.
Duration: Approximately 18 months (15 months training + 3-month assessment window [EPA])
Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer
As part of the Marketing team the Multi-Channel Marketers will contribute to the implementation of the marketing strategy and plans. They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the marketing function and activities of the company.
An employee in this occupation will be responsible for coordinating and delivering specific marketing activities such as marketing content creation, background market and customer research, monitoring campaign analytics and collecting data, using relevant marketing software/systems, maintaining marketing administration activities such as managing the supply of marketing literature, tracking marketing expenditure, supporting the procurement of, and overseeing the delivery of work by external and internal marketing suppliers.

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Core responsibility will be to provide a high-quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. This person may be the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type. The Customer Service Practitioner will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction with the organisation. Excellent customer service skills and behaviours will be demonstrated as well as product and/or service knowledge when delivering to customers. Service will be provided in line with the organisation’s customer service standards and strategy and within appropriate regulatory requirements. Customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text, and social media.
