The qualification is built around three core pillars to give you a complete foundation in modern assessment practice:
- 1. Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment Dive into the theory, frameworks, and legal requirements that underpin fair and robust assessments. You will demonstrate this knowledge through a written account and a research-based workbook.
- 2. Assessing Occupational Competence in the Work Environment Learn how to effectively evaluate performance in a live workplace. Your own assessor will observe you in action, ensuring you can confidently judge work products and question learners in real-time.
- 3. Assessing Vocational Skills, Knowledge, and Understanding Develop the expertise to assess learners outside the workplace-such as in training workshops, classrooms, or simulated learning environments-ensuring their theoretical and practical skills meet industry standards.
Ready to take the next step? Transform your experience into a recognised qualification and empower the next generation of professionals in your industry
