Delivered by Kendal College-a Skills for Care Quality Assured provider-this course emphasises a person-centred approach, equipping you with the skills to support the well-being, dignity, and independence of those you care for.
This course bridges theory and practical excellence, ensuring you are fully prepared for the workplace. By the end of this programme, you will be able to:

Entry Requirements
No prior qualifications are necessary but the learners must be working in a care setting, and should have the support of their employer to achieve the required practice elements.

Progession within your job role, progression to level 3 adult care and this provides further opportunity for you to make a difference to a person's life through developing the skills, knowledge and professional behaviours as an Adult Care Worker.
