"I finished college and went to university to study mental health nursing however after 2 years I decided it wasn’t for me and went on to get a qualification in dental nursing at a college in Manchester. I have been a dental nurse for just over 3 years now.
If you want to work within the health and social care sector, I absolutely recommend college! You will learn so much more about your interests and in more depth than you would at school doing a few subjects. I would like to progress in the dental field and maybe go into dental nursing for oral surgery such as jaw reconstructions and complex extractions of teeth."
