Thinking about hiring an apprentice? Come along and chat to our Apprenticeship Facilitators!

Come along to find out more about taking on an apprentice and how it could work for your business. There will be Q&As on how apprenticeships work, what you can expect, HR & payroll, and much more!

We will run a presentation twice during the evening, at 4:30pm to 5:30pm and 5:30pm to 6:30pm, where we will cover the following:

  • Becoming an employer
  • Benefits of hiring apprentices for your businesses
  • Using apprenticeships to upskill your current employees
  • The enrolment process for taking on an apprentice
  • Funding options and incentives available for businesses
  • Roles and responsibilities of both the employer and the apprentice

The event is designed solely for businesses, both for employers who have worked with us before and for any organisations that wish to learn more about our Apprenticeship offerings and how they work. So, if you know of another business that this may benefit, feel free to pass the following details on!

You may simply wish to come along to meet tutors or better understand HR and Payroll matters linked to Apprenticeships. Equally, you might find that we can meet the needs of your business recruitment in other areas that you have previously not explored. This event will give you the opportunity to do that.

HR and Accounting professionals will be available to discuss all matters relating to apprenticeships, and CITB will be on hand to discuss apprenticeships within the construction industry. There will also be the opportunity to meet our apprenticeship team to get an overview of the apprenticeship programmes we offer and answer any specific questions or queries.
