They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills and be able to prioritise work effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. They will be comfortable with, and proactively adapt to rapid changes in educational trends within the sector. They will be able to plan and prioritise their own schedule of work to achieve objectives, have strong IT skills and happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives.

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and eager to contribute fresh ideas to improve internal systems and enhance our external presence whilst gaining valuable experience, develop a wide range of skills, and be part of a college that values autonomy, flexibility, and your ongoing professional growth.

Apprenticeship

The successful candidate will be supported to work towards completing the Level 3 Business Administration Standard, with day release one day per week to attend taught sessions.

    Qualifications

    Essential
    GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or L2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications
