As Head of Faculty, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consistently high standards of student experience, achievement and progression. You will provide strong operational leadership, ensuring that the curriculum is innovative, industry-relevant and responsive to national and local priorities, while supporting the college’s financial sustainability and environmental ambitions. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead on curriculum development, implement agreed policies and procedures, and drive continuous quality improvement across the faculty. Above all, you will champion a culture of excellence, inclusion and safety, ensuring the welfare and success of all students, including children, young people and vulnerable adults.
