The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software and hands-on experience in network support.
They will build strong, positive working relationships with a supportive and collaborative team and professional services that share the goal of providing a meaningful educational experience.
They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills and can prioritise work effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. They will be comfortable with and proactively adapt to rapid changes in educational trends within the sector. They will be able to plan and prioritise their own schedule of work to achieve objectives, have strong IT skills, and be happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives.
