Director of Learning and Curriculum: Northern Campuses (Arts, Media and Westmorland Campus)
We are seeking an inspirational education leader to drive outstanding teaching, learning and student outcomes across our Northern Campuses. Leading Heads of Faculty and cross-College initiatives, you will embed high standards, support staff performance and development, and ensure a safe, inclusive and ambitious learning environment.
You will shape a responsive curriculum that meets the needs of learners, employers and the regional economy, while championing equality, safeguarding and student wellbeing. Through strong leadership and effective resource management, you will enhance the College’s reputation for excellence and sustainable growth.
