We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an HR Administrator with excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.
As an HR Administrator, you will support the HR Team with the day-to-day operations. Ideally, the post holder will be a strong administrator with a warm and friendly personality. A confident communicator (verbal and written), excellent computer and systems skills, and a high degree of attention to detail are essential. It’s vital to have the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will take the lead in processing and organising the recruitment administration for the HR team. They will have experience working in a high-volume work environment. Excellent communication, written, and organisational skills are essential. Strong IT literacy is paramount, as is the ability to apply complete discretion while handling private and confidential information.
They will build strong, positive working relationships with a supportive and collaborative team and professional services that share the goal of providing a meaningful educational experience.
They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills and be able to prioritise work effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. They will be comfortable with, and proactively adapt to rapid changes in educational trends within the sector. They can plan and prioritise their work schedule to achieve objectives and be happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared goals.
Job Overview
- Conducting tasks in a discreet and confidential manner
- Managing own personal workload, completing requests within 24 hours of receipt, achieving and maintaining an exceptional accuracy level
- Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions, policies and procedures that are set
- Using initiative where appropriate
- Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) Math & English grade 4+ or A-C
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
- Previous HR Administrative experience, with exposure in recruitment, is preferred but not essential
