Course Overview

This professional qualification will help you to develop a range of essential management knowledge, skills and behaviours which you will apply in a real working environment. It will enable you to build the leadership capability to motivate teams and influence with confidence. You will gain a broad understanding of key management and leadership theory to underpin and support the growth and performance of your organisation. The lessons are taught by experienced managers, who bring the theory alive by linking them to real world issues.

You will study units on Leading and Managing People, Communication and Building Relationships, Operational and Project Management and Finance.

The qualification will help you to develop your knowledge, and boost your career potential by demonstrating to employers your transferrable management skills.
