To work full-time as a Pastry Chef.

If you could give one piece of advice to people considering College, what would it be?
Attend an Open Day and meet the tutors. Also, if possible ask to attend a ‘Taster Day’ to meet current students and find out what it is like to be at college compared to being at school. Then apply.
