I've worked in cafes, restaurants and as a civil servant, before working as a freelance filmmaker, which led on to me setting up my own company – Film on the Brain. I am currently a filmmaker, producing creative promotional content for businesses, as well as documentaries and social media campaigns.

College taught me how to work collaboratively as part of a bigger team. I also learnt how to manage my workflow and juggle different projects effectively whilst staying on track. I also developed a range of technical skills and knowledge that is vital in what I do today, such as how to light a scene, rules of composition, and the importance of good audio.

Whether you have an idea of what you want to do or not, the college has the resources to help, with amazing equipment & facilities, and staff with years of experience in their respective industries. Studying at the college is a chance to continue your education in a more mature environment; everyone is on a first-name basis, and everyone is treated equally - there is no barrier between student and tutor.
My business partner and I continue to look at ways in which we can expand our company. We're already beginning to branch out into different areas and genres of film, with a view to obtaining funding for larger film projects and workshops."
