We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated 1st Line Network Technician Apprentice to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in IT, combining structured apprenticeship learning with valuable hands-on experience alongside experienced colleagues. You will provide first-line technical support to staff and learners while developing skills across user support, endpoint devices, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, account administration, cyber security, asset management and technical documentation. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for a successful career in IT, while delivering a professional, inclusive and customer-focused service.

The role also carries a responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, ensuring that appropriate safeguarding procedures and practices are always followed.
