Hair Technician Facilitator

Join Our Team as a Hair Technician Facilitator!

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual to support the effective running and development of our salon facilities. The role will involve maintaining a professional, safe and realistic working salon environment that supports teaching, learning, lecturing and practical demonstrations.

Working closely with lecturers and learners, you will provide practical demonstrations, coaching and guidance, as well as observing and assessing learners' work to support the development of their skills, knowledge and confidence. You will also play an important role in promoting the salon, its courses and external learning opportunities, helping to raise awareness and maximise its potential.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of Health and Safety across the department and will actively contribute to creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment. The role also carries a responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, ensuring that appropriate safeguarding procedures and practices are always followed.
