Joinery and Construction Skills Tutor

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Joinery & Construction Skills Tutor to join our team, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to also undertake Curriculum Lead responsibilities.
You will play a key role in developing and delivering stimulating, industry-relevant programmes, providing high-quality teaching and learning, and supporting learner retention, achievement and progression. You will help ensure a safe, supportive and well-resourced learning environment, contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement, and support the wider strategic objectives of the College. This is an exciting opportunity to share your industry expertise, shape the future of construction skills and make a real difference to learners’ futures.
Key Information
Hours: Part-time to full-time, 0.8–1.0 FTE (29.6–37 hours per week).
Salary: Dependent on role, qualifications and experience.
