I attended Kendal College on the NVQ 2 Professional Cookery course ran by Paul Waring.

After I finished College, I set up my own catering business in Carlisle with my younger sister. It's called The Good Sister and is a small take away market kitchen where we make falafel, salad boxes, burritos, veggie dishes of the day and cakes and bakes based on our travels and world foods. All homemade on site fresh every day!

We have already featured in the Carlisle Living and Taste Cumbria magazines! It was always my aim to start this business and enjoyed my training at Kendal College. I'm now pursuing my dream because of the College.
