This job is crucial in providing support and assistance to the Curriculum Lead, as agreed by the DWP, by providing administrative support to ensure their effective functioning in a teaching environment. This position requires a high degree of understanding and adaptability.

They will build strong, positive working relationships with a supportive and collaborative team and professional services that share the goal of providing a meaningful educational experience.

They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills and can prioritise work effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. They will be comfortable with and proactively adapt to rapid changes in educational trends within the sector. They will be able to plan and prioritise their own schedule of work to achieve objectives, have strong IT skills, and be happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives.

What we're looking for

Experence

Essential Desirable
English and Maths GCSE or equivalent. Business Administration Qualifications.

Knowledge & Skills

Essential Desirable
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Knowledge of ADHD and Autism, and an understanding of how to provide appropriate support.
Respect for confidentiality and discretion.
