The HR Advisor will provide comprehensive operational support and advice to managers and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the employee lifecycle.

Job Overview
- Be one of the first contact points for Human Resource issues, providing a timely and comprehensive service to all key stakeholders.
- I support the HR administration team with day-to-day administration enquiries and take the lead on organising and supporting disciplinary, grievance, inductions, exit interviews, return to work, meetings, etc.
- Follow all key HR processes in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that the college is acting according to the law, the Employee Handbook, all relevant employment contracts, and the ACAS code of practice.
- Administer and engage in staff recruitment, onboarding and offboarding considering the entire employee life cycle, including producing contracts, change of employment requirements and additional HR documents as required.
- Update and keep concise and accurate personnel documentation within the defined HR Software systems.
- Support payroll administration.
- Support and develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and communication.
- Run an absence management report, highlighting any concerns to the HR Manager.
- Analyse and report on trends relating to employee retention.
- Any other task and duty relevant to the HR department as defined by the HR Manager.
