The successful candidate will be educated to at least Level 3 and have recently worked in relevant industrial/commercial environments for at least 3 years.

They will build strong, positive working relationships with a supportive and collaborative team and professional services that share the common goal of providing a meaningful educational experience.

This post would contribute to the college's contribution to the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) by embracing low-carbon technology in the field.

They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills and can prioritise work effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. They will be comfortable with and proactively adapt to rapid changes in educational trends within the sector. They will be able to plan and prioritise their own work schedule to achieve objectives, have strong IT skills, and be happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives.

Job Overview

  • To support the learning, teaching and assessment process by providing comprehensive technical assistance, maintenance, coaching and support service to the Motor Vehicle Department.
  • To ensure a safe environment for teaching and learning which meets health and safety requirements and demonstrates best practice.
  • All staff are responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

      Qualifications

      Essential Desirable
      Level 3 Vocational qualification in a related area Level 4 Vocational Qualification in a related area
