Kendal College is seeking a reliable and motivated Estates Assistant to join the Estates team at the college.
Demonstrating a high standard of dedication, you will help to maintain the college’s high standards of repair, maintenance and cleanliness of the college’s overall estates. You must have a demonstrable ability to carry out the necessary DIY and maintenance that the role requires in a very busy environment. This role has a variety of duties that will include general portering assistance, caretaking duties, locking up of the campus and carrying out minor repairs & maintenance.
