The Computing department of Kendal College offers dedicated rooms to digital design and software development, containing dual monitor, professionally specified workstations. The three members of staff who teach on the course have over 60 years of combined industry experience, working in sectors such as telecommunications, networking, hardware consultancy, games design, and graphics products and software.

Computing is no longer a standalone subject it is integral to the way most of society now functions. On this computing course students will develop problem solving skills within a collaborative environment alongside their peers and learn the value of computing in modern society.
