This course is aimed at beginners, who want to get fit, stimulate their brain and have a lot of fun learning a dance routine in 6 weeks! Focusing on modern dance techniques, you will learn warm up routines to get fit, build on strength and stamina and learn an up-beat, jazz based dance piece that will be performed to friends and family on the final week! It is a great way to get fit, try something new and enjoy creating a dance routine to be proud of!
