Course Overview

One of hairdressing most fundamental basis' Shampoo and setting is a timeless skill, and an art developed over the many years in the hairdressing industry. Setting is an ideal skill to prepare Bridal hair for hair-up styles, providing volume and bounce. The shampoo and setting module is a relaxing service, allowing you to deliver a thorough shampoo followed by a deeply relaxing scalp massage.

You will receive a college certificate of attendance.

You will be taught by current industrial specialists who have up to date training in the hairdressing sector.

All sessions will be taught in a professional salon environment with some fantastic resources. You will be expected to bring in your own model or dummy head.

There are no entry requirements.

After Your Course

After this course you may like to progress onto our Hairdressing and/ or Barbering Diploma or NVQ courses.

Fees

£80.00

Course fees are per year. The current fee information is related to the 2019/20 academic year and is subject to change before the start of the course. Fees for 2020/21 will be updated in the Spring Term. There may also be additional costs associated with the course.

This course is not funded by the government and is full cost. As such, the course is the price stated for all students. If you are paying for your course, there may be the option to pay by instalments if the course fees are over £200 and the course duration is 15 weeks or more. Please speak to Student Services for more information on course fees.
