Course Overview

The course will be held at Mapdec Cycle Works on Westmorland Business Park in Kendal. Mapdec is an independent bicycle workshop and fitness studio. Their team are highly trained and have extensive technical knowledge on bike maintenance, making them ideally placed to guide you through this course. Teaching will take place in their new custom-built classroom, providing the space and resources necessary for you to complete the program successfully.

A one day course - We will be replacing lower leg and air can seals, as well as giving tuning and set up tips. You will start off working on our forks before conducting a service on your own equipment. This is an advanced course, and you should be confident removing both fork and shock from your bike. All oils and tools are supplied but any seal kits used will be extra. The course will focus on RockShox and Fox equipment, but if you have other brands, please check in with the course provider to ensure part availability.
