The candidate will be completing their Level 2 Hair Professional apprenticeship through Kendal College. Duties will include looking after reception and greeting clients alongside shadowing the senior stylists and moving on to clients of their own.

Hours of work:

32 hours per week.

Wage:

£8,003.84pa. Wage to be confirmed upon appointment of the candidate. Can be varied depending on age and experience etc.

Location:

Chapleys, Morecambe.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Reception duties (making appointments, answering the phone)
  • Shampooing
  • Progressing to their own clients as they move through the apprenticeship
  • Shadowing the senior stylists
  • Greeting clients

  • Level 2 Hair Professional apprenticeship standard
  • Functional Skills (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment
  • Training through Kendal College and the workplace

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Opportunity for a full-time position within the salon as a full-time stylist.
