Incoming/outgoing mail, franking, filing, photocopying, answering telephone calls, message taking, registering in and out vehicles using the weighbridge registration equipment, issuing PPE, general housekeeping of the office, ordering parts as directed, stock monitoring and ordering office equipment and PPE, Support with basic admin tasks.

  • Supporting in the day to day office duties
  • Meeting members of the public who call in for timber
  • Registering in and out visitors, wagon drivers via the weight bridge system with the delivery of round timber
  • Collection of residues (woodchip and sawdust) and collection of sawmilled fencing or pallet timber
  • Answering the telephone and message taking
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail including franking
  • Stock monitoring of office supplies and PPE equipment, ordering stock when required
  • Ordering parts when requested
  • Registering tools
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, and filing electronic documentation
  • Supporting with basic admin tasks, providing refreshments where necessary and general housekeeping of the office
