This role to start will involve working with the kitchen hygiene tasks, cold starter, salad, sandwiches & desserts, this will progress to working with the hot starters & hot desserts & finally working with the hot mains. You will be working under the supervision of a fully trained chef at all times.

You will be:

  • Working alongside the kitchen team to ensure an efficient foodservice
  • Preparing food to a high standard
  • Complying with all current health and safety guidelines
  • Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times
