Team Leader/Supervisor, Level 3
Course Overview
This apprenticeship provides learners working in first-line management roles with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to support, manage and develop their team’s, project’s and workload through planning, resolving problems and building relationships. Typical roles may include Supervisor, Team-Leader, Project Officer or Shift-Manager.
Entry Requirements
Ideally learners should hold 5 GCSEs at grade (4-9) including English and Maths and be employed for thirty-hours a week or more.
Topics Covered
Managing people and developing relationships, delivering results and managing self. Takes responsibility, inclusive, agile and professional.
Delivery
Day release.
Assessment
Learners will be assessed through testing with questions, scenarios and responses, a workplace portfolio, professional development portfolio and competency interview.
Start Date: Throughout the year
Duration: 15 to 20 Months
Operations/Departmental Manager, Level 5
Course Overview
This apprenticeship provides learners working in operations and departmental management roles with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to create and deliver operational plans, manage projects, lead and manage teams, manage change, manage finance and resources, manage talent, and coach and mentor. Typical roles may include: Operations Manager, Regional Manager or Department Manager.
