We will teach you our basic bread recipe and show you how it can be adapted in many different ways, giving you the confidence to turn those simple ingredients into something you’re proud to serve to your family and friends.

Bread is something that can take a lifetime to perfect, but in this three-week course, you will be shown all the tips of the trade.

The three-week course will start at 6.30pm and finish at 8.30pm.

If you have a keen enthusiasm to learn new skills and meet likeminded people, this is the course for you. There will be no need to bring anything, as all ingredients will be provided, so just bring yourself and enjoy the experience.
You will learn how to produce bakery products that you can easily reproduce at home. You will learn how to produce bakes in an easy and simple process.  You will develop presentation skills to show off your produce. Once you have completed this course, you will have the confidence to make the recipes over and over again.

Over the three weeks you will make:

- Flavoursome garlic focaccia bread.
- Delicious Chelsea buns, fit for any morning coffee.
- Bread rolls, perfect for a dinner party.
- Danish pastries, ideal for any breakfast.

The course will be assessed through non-formal assessment.

Feedback will be given to each individual throughout the sessions.

There are no exams for the course, just a positive attitude.
