ITQ is an ideal qualification to improve your IT performance in the work place or prove to potential employers that you can use today’s technology more efficiently.
The course consists of a several units covering the main Microsoft Office applications - Word Processing, Presentation software, & Spreadsheet software.
What you will learn.
- Word Processing
- How to produce professional looking Word documents efficiently.
Format Word documents, perform mail merges, produce integrated reports, create tables of content, and much more.
- Presentations
How to create presentations, use master slides, create SmartArt Graphics, apply custom animation and Slide Transition effects.
- Spreadsheets
How to create professional looking spreadsheets. Create a variety of functions such as Sum/Average/Max/Min. Reference and link spreadsheets, use absolute cell referencing, apply conditional formatting, create graphs/charts and much more..
Assessment takes places on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of the course. Learners will produce examples of work in every session which will be assessed by the tutor and saved to produce a portfolio of work.
Learners need to have some prior experience as this is not a course for an IT beginner. This programme will be suitable for learners who have completed the iTQ Level 1, or who are currently working and using IT to a good standard.
