Using a variety of tools, the techniques you will explore include colouring sugar, crimping, and modelling, unwired flowers, lettering, embossing and piping.
There is no formal assessment, underpinning knowledge and notes will be supplied in the form of handouts for you to keep.
How will I be assessed?
On completion of this relaxed, yet packed course you will gain a good basic understanding of the craft and the confidence to further develop your skills if you get hooked. With practice, it will be certainly possible for you to produce cakes to a professional standard in the future.
There are no entry requirements for this course just enthusiasm, an interest in the craft and your sense of humour. All tools, equipment and materials will be supplied, just bring your own apron, it can get messy!
