Salary:
£24,120 to £30,559 full-time equivalent depending upon qualifications and experience.

Note: For salary above £30,559, the candidate must hold a formal teaching qualification, take on additional responsibilities within the department and meet enhanced performance targets.

0.8 to Full-TIme (29.6 to 37 hours per week) || Permanent

Consistently ranked in the top five per cent of UK Colleges for student success rates (16-18), Kendal College is seeking a highly competent and knowledgeable Lecturer to join our Construction department and help us deliver outstanding teaching and learning on our Plumbing courses.

We are looking for candidates who have had experience in working within an industrial setting and hold at least a Level 3 vocational qualification. The successful Lecturer will be capable of sharing their knowledge with our students in an engaging and informative manner that befits their passion for the subject.

Teaching experience is desirable, but we are looking for someone with the confidence to share their experience and knowledge with our students - we would provide support for gaining a formal teaching qualification alongside your work with us.
